Abstrakt:This thesis focuses on the implementation of reaction-diffusion systems for procedural geometry generation inside Blender. The developed solution supports the Gray-Scott, Brusselator and teh FitzHugh--Nagumo model in both two and three dimensions. The system was implemented as a Blender add-on using Python for user interface and Cython for performance-critical simulations. Volumetric scalar fields are converted into polygonal geometry using the Marching Cubes algorithm. The results demonstrate that the implemented models are capable of generating a wide range of structures and that the optimized implementation significantly improves computational performance compared to the original pure Python prototype.
